1. Agreement to Terms

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in Your name. 767pub reserves the right to refuse withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. All withdrawals are subject to security checks, anti-money laundering procedures, and verification of wagering requirements where applicable.

3.3 Fees and Charges

767pub does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

767pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

You may terminate Your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any outstanding balances in Your account will be returned to You following completion of verification procedures, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 767pub.

Before initiating any legal action, You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through 767pub's internal complaint resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by 767pub, constitute the entire agreement between You and 767pub concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
